Duoshang develops cable compounds in accordance with cable application requirements, processing methods, and performance standards. Our product development covers insulation and sheathing applications, with a primary focus on polyolefin-based material systems.

    Our formula R&D team consists of professionals with extensive experience in new material research and development, including PhD researchers from the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, the Chinese Academy of Sciences, and Yangzhou University.
    Equipped with sophisticated instruments and devices worth over 20 million RMB and an internal formula database, the team conducts customized formula development tailored to client requirements. We aim to enhance product performance, optimize costs, and deliver material solutions that best fit specific application scenarios.
    This platform supports the development of polymer cable compounds, low-smoke halogen-free materials, cross-linked material systems, flame-retardant polyolefin materials, and biodegradable materials.

    Duoshang has built material performance testing platforms and process testing platforms. The material performance testing platform is equipped with rheometers, tensile testing machines, and other equipment, while the process testing platform supports process tests such as film blowing and injection molding.
    Through repeated tests on material properties and processability, the center verifies product stability, performance reliability, and process adaptability before large-scale application.
    Such testing capabilities are particularly critical for cable compounds, biodegradable materials, and customized formulas, as processing conditions and end-use requirements vary among different customers.
