After extrusion, the finished cable is irradiated with LED ultraviolet light, and cross-linking can be completed in just a few seconds. The cross-linking speed is tens of times faster than traditional irradiation cross-linking, and it has the advantages of high production efficiency, low equipment investment, low energy consumption, and energy conservation and environmental protection. It can achieve synchronous extrusion and cross-linking, greatly shorten the production cycle, and reduce manufacturing costs. This material meets the requirements of GB/T 32129-2015, RoHS, REACH, and other environmental regulations. The finished product line meets the requirements of GB/T 19666-2019, IEC60332 and UL 1581FT-2.
